Privacy policy

Last updated 5 November 2026

This policy explains how Audacity, the venture studio of Alfredo Triviño, based in London (“we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit audacity.partners. We are the controller of that data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you visit. The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to run the site securely.

Films. Some pages show films from Vimeo, embedded with its “do not track” setting, and from YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode. If you play one, those services may process data under their own policies.

When you get in touch. Contact links to Alfredo Triviño’s LinkedIn profile. Messages sent there are handled by LinkedIn under its own privacy policy, and we use them only to reply and to keep a record of our conversation.

Why we may use it

We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us and in keeping the site secure and working. We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Vercel, which acts on our behalf and may process data outside the UK, with the safeguards the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. To do so, write to us through LinkedIn. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
